I just want to say I’ve been watching you since way back when you were working at MAC and doing your makeup in your apartment. I recently lost my son unexpectedly and it’s been very hard for me. I currently live in my car and I’ve been so stressed and worried about paying for funeral expense’s but I come on here or on TikTok and watch your videos and it just takes me to another place for awhile. I’m so utterly heartbroken and watching you has helped me get through the pain even if it’s just for a little while. I just wanted to say thank you for what you do and you really never know what it means to someone. ❤

I’d love to see a video of do’s & don’ts! Like how you showed the proper placement for contour. Do half your face of common mistakes and the other side the proper way. It’ll show people like me (who have been watching you for years and still can’t get her shit together) how to do it.

Jaclyn !!!!!!! Ma'am!? I did not know your ENTIRE makeup brand was leaving! When I tell you I actually cried REAL tears because not only am I A LONG time fan and supporter, but also because it was the first ever makeup brand that I tried that liquid lipsticks Didn't dry out my lips, neither did it move, slip, or slide due to eating or drinking! Also as someone who leads worship for her local church and often sings long hours at a time, your lipstick and the quality of it's formula was a huge game changer for me.
So sad I can no longer purchase them, BUT also want to personally say thank you for supplying what I believe to be one of the greatest liquid lipsticks of our time and in my collection! xoxoxo

I LOVE you pale. I love cool tones on you, I love pinks on you. I’m pale as well and can NOT pull off warm tones and I’ve been embracing like pink pink cool tones and I’m obsessed with how it looks. I feel like for people who don’t have defined cheekbones though with a more rounder face, like myself it makes more sense for the contour to go along your natural shadow line one the face to give yourself the illusion of a cheekbone. I’ve done higher and lower and the lower contour is more flattering and slimming with a defined cheekbone

I really appreciated this video. it made me realize I was doing too many steps for my bronzer and contour. I was doing both creams and powders for both, which would end up making me look muddy throughout the day. I'm going to try just using one cream, one powder! that's it! yay!
