I find it so inspiring that great masters can see right through people , space and time I once met a Buddhist monk who was running a meditation centre in a very remote area He looked at me and said one phrase only about me which did not make much sense to me at that time I came home quite confused 40 plus years later I realise what he said to me about me and that my entire life would have been different if I had understood it at that time I realised that he could see right through my entire life in the blink of an eye which was insane
Meditate like Christ? Could it mean meditate like consciousness? Here's how Jesus explains it when asked on whose son he is? Jesus said: "Christ is not anyone's son after the flesh, but Christ is that same Lord, our Ruler, whom we know in ourselves as our life. Christ is that consciousness which is within us". So Christ=consciousness. Meditate like consciousness since we're conscious beings which eventually will merge with Cosmic Consciousness "I and the Father are One." In other words we must turn attention inward into our consciousness amidst all of the activities of daily life, work, family life etc. Meditation is not an isolation process dedicated to certain place or time but conscious awareness of everything outside of us as well as inside of us our mental processes without judging, condemning, commenting but simply observe and "keep quiet", make the mind silent and do not disturb it as much as possible. Of course the battle will go on but as much as possible do not engage into the mind fights just let the thoughts flow, for you probably know by now, that you can't stop them, so let them flow (no matter how many) in all your daily activities. After doing this for a while thoughts will slowly fall away for they have nobody to play with. Therefore attain peace of mind and "Be lost in love" same as lost in Cosmic Consciousness spiritually speaking. Focus on Chris-consciousness and not on Jesus. Happy trails everyone.
We should focus on Jesus then , since he rose from the dead? And is alive again making intercession for believers. Turn your eyes upon Jesus , look full in His wonderful face, and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace. Amen thank You Jesus . I love You so much

It's more important to ask yourself the question "Who Am I?" the experience of Kundalini appears in time, and is lost in time (with death) if it's time bound it's still the play of Maya, illusion.. The ego wants more experiences. What you are in reality can not be added to, or taken away from. "Man is non other than the Self, but he wrongly thinks himself as separate" Anandamayi Ma said that. - Ramana Maharshi "You are the Self now, and can never be anything else, throw your worries to the wind, turn within and find peace" Instead of chasing experiences of a body / mind which you are not, focus on God or the Self as much as you can, it's a better use of time.
Didn't Jesus teach you to love your neighbour? Isn't the whole world your neighbour? Doesn't that mean you should love everyone? Instead of judging and looking down on other great Sages as nonsense.

You did not love your neighbor, all you did was accuse him of being wrong. Jesus never accused his neighbors he listens and taught them the way. You became the judge of the judge in this example ❤
