Fair enough that there is a stigma when it comes to festivals like these, but if she had the intention to enjoy herself with her girls, why would you now come in the way of that? That would mean that there's no solid foundation of trust in that relationship. I believe the guy heard stories, and then projected that on her which isn't fair. Just because she went to that festival doesn't mean she's going to go out of her way to disrespect you, she might just want to enjoy the festival for what it is.
