is your turn signal now incorporated into the tail light? I was hoping to see the install of lighting after relocation. Do I need the HD relo kit that comes with turn signal cover? I have a set of the V2's in a gangbox for almost 2 years and its install time.
Yea it was on this bike and I think the bags have a cutout for the blinkers if I remember correctly I would have to get back to you on that to be 100% sure man
What's the spacing between the bags and fender struts? I have a 2004 super glide, and want to mount mini indicators, that probably only stick out about 1 1/2" in total
dynademos I really like the defender bags but haven’t seen something like that for the softail platform yet, really dig these as well. Probably gonna get them
i had the 1st gen bags from leather pro only draw back was they were not water proof and living in the NW they sucked up the water so i had to keep a waterproof bag inside for my stuff. other than that i loved the bags they worked well on my dyna wide glide.
@@dynademos the latch on mine are hole and not claw. Also the bolt spacers have ridges. So when you install them, you dont slide. Just line them up in the hole then they will latched to the ridges and just push
What size drill bit did you use to drill the back bracket out to get that bushing to release? I am in the middle of trying to install these hit this issue. I have to use that bracket to mount the cycle vision plate with the bags, but the bolt doesn’t fit thru.
ive got the hardware for the V2 already on my bike but i just bought the V3 wondering if its worth the hassle changing it, they have a warning saying dont use any other hardware that it will make your bags fall off
Nice bags..Do you know if they get in the way of the legs to pegs for a passenger? Also can you put them on with the original blinker places or do they need to be relocated? Also..Thanks guys your vids are really helpful👍

Yeah I did and that didn’t work well here in the north west. So I ended up buying a dry bag and had my problem solved lol

Not sure homie just match it up and we drilled the threads out any standard drill bit kit will have the size u need

these will flop, fade and stretch over time and can actually be quite dangerous at higher speeds all cop bike have hard bags for a reason
matthew kleine leatherpros are pretty popular id have to fact check that statement. Cops do have hard bags but they have original good quality bags
