Hi, must say wow! Looks like it is so easy to play and do so much more with it. I would love to buy one but the price tag ( not saying it is not GREAT ) is out of reach for me do to being on a fixed income ugh. Anyway great video and more and thanks for showcasing this instrument.
@@rlywtfdude Thanks for the comment however this is not a keytar. It is definitely inspired by the keytar but since it has a chord pad mimicking the fretboard of a guitar it puts it in a new category I’ve yet to see done before.
Why is everyone asking you to take their wives to the tone zone on all of your videos? What is the tone zone? Will this keyboard take her there? I’m so lost and why do girls always comment nice bass when you’re not reviewing a bass????? 😡
That’s the one area I found lacking was the keyboard sounds and there are about 12 voices blocked on the app right now. Hoping for a firmware update soon. The acoustic guitar emulation is top notch though.
Yea that stood out like a sore thumb to me. Hopefully it can use midi. Enya could maybe add better ones in firmware updates but I would feel pretty bad having to non only wait on them but also hope they when they do the new ones even sound better. The whole thing is defeated if it doesn't have tones people like which could bring the design experiment down with it.
@@TBoneProductionsVB so I heard back from Enya. There’s 12 more voices in the app but you have to request it. They are giving me access today. I’ll report back. I’m also going to have a very talented keyboardist do a demo of this to truly show off the solo mode. I’m not the best :)
@@Music-for-MilesThanks for informing us. This thing is extra amusing for me because in 2021 I added a keyboard to an Enya ukulele as a more compact version of my Keymando build. Basically I like the ability to play string chords on left hand while the right one plays a different lead voice on the keys. It's sort of my niche specialty now. So I'm excited that this instrument seems to allow that which I have not seen other mass produced Keytars do. I think I prefer it to have actual strings but I would like to try it. How should I contact them about if I can demo if for them?
Great review! I've had mine just over a week.
Great vid! Wife digs the resonating prone tone!
Very nice bass!! This can definitely go to the tone zone!
thank you for esplaining the cyber g
You are welcome! It was a fun instrument to demo.
Music For Miles by day.
Take my wife to the Tone Zone By Night.
Every day!
Tone Zone Cream Dream Supreme
That thing is sick! For NAMM find the goat versus fish guy!
Are you goat or are you fish?
So it’s almost exactly like the lava genie except with keyboard instead of strum pads. Software even looks identical
Hey there, love the review. Can you make a video on how to take your wife to the tone zone? She keeps saying I’m coming up flat
Are you using the tonemaster Pro?
I work for a living and my wife says I'm coming up sharp. The Tonemaster Pro can help you TONE your ZONE. Me me. I'm a working man and a tone man.
Wtf are you guys talking about it’s a keyboard not a tone zone
Can you go to the reverend guitars booth at NAMM?
Sure what model you interested in?
Hello. Does the phone app need to be connected on line or is it just linked to your phone? BTW THANKS MICHAEL FOR THE INDEPT REVIEW.
You need internet on your phone to use the tab mode

You can save 10% using the link in the description but keep checking for sales or reverb for used conditions which should be much cheaper
@@Music-for-Miles Thanks!!!

Can this be used as a midi controller for a keyboard like a keytar?
@danielo6903 that's my main question.... sure it's a nice toy, but what's the REAL musical tool here
It's a good tool that allows everyone to create and develop their creativity, Thank you for the detail review.
@@emmajiang9463 I agree! It enables anyone to play music
no midi out it is such a shame
can transpose key?
Yes it can
Hmm, is the enya app on android? I couldn't find it for some reason
It should be! Search “Enya Music App”
No midi?
@@SvenFx-22 the main keyboard can be used as a midi keyboard but not the chord pad
It's called a keytar. Old concept from back in the day that I'm glad to see being brought back

It’s a nice bass
Keyboard sounds cheesy
