To honest for me it would be a slay to be like “damn sorry Paris I’m so booked and busy” this way you keep your obligations to the bride and make yourself seem super desirable to Paris Hilton wtf
This. Like I can imagine a celeb. having to do something and their actual artist can't do it for whatever and they tell their PA to contact "that one guy from ig" because he's going to drop everything to yes man them. 🤣 It gives desperate and available last minute, not talented and desirable.
Since she paid a deposit she can sue him for breach of contract (unless their agreement said he could arrange a replacement, but even still it would be for the originally agreed price). I would 100% sue him.
Also he would have had to provide a change order for a new or different artists or to change the contract. Legally she's got his ass it's not in the contract that he has the capability to cancel the night of and put you with someone else that's just unprofessional and nobody would have a contract or sign a contract that said something that's stupid
he probably avoids written agreements and it would probably cost more to sue him - the only way would be a class action if she finds more people, because the scale of the damages also matters - the more money is involved the better chances to actually get to his wallet...
