I’m just an old folksinger, but I wanted to learn a couple of jazz standards. I feel so fortunate that Frank patiently took us/me thru his video of “What is this thing called Love?” by Cole Porter. Made me feel like a “real” guitar player! ❤
One guy on YT went through a tune where someone was playing the lines and he kept the melody constant to make a point that that melody keeps going and a way not to get lost. Now I am starting to automatically do that more and I see how doing something like this could make it even stronger
This was splendid practice!!! My solo sounded better and smoother, felt like I was playing with my teacher! I would love to see you play afternoon in paris like this maybe 4on6, autumn leaves, midnight blues, these are a few of my favorite things….just some suggestions 😁😁 thank you sir for this great track!
This is unsolicited but if you want to learn Jazz guitar, Frank’s channel is the place to go. Give it a try, you won’t be sorry
