I had visited his farm on Sunday. Owner was not there.
₹150 seedling avocado plant is very expensive
I asked price of betel leaf. His labour said ₹100. I got shocked with these price.
Farm is good but nursery plants are expensive.
They are not much worried because their main source of income is from coconut and Arecanut. Arecanut and coconut yield is good.
Looks like his father/grand father would have developed this farm. I think this person just maintained it
