・Egg yolk 75g (4 large eggs)
・Light sesame oil 40g

・Elderflower tea 3g
・Boiling water 60g
・Zest of 1 lemon
・Pinch of salt
・6 drops of lemon juice
For toppings
・Fresh cream 200g
・Beet sugar about 2 tablespoons
・Shine Muscat grapes as needed
Preheat at 180℃ About 30 minutes in a 170℃ oven
