If you pay attention to the Pixel part, you can see that 2011X doesn't bother changing his shoes. He knows that you know he's not Sonic, so what's the point of a perfect disguise? Might as well have a discrepancy to show that he's not gonna try to pretend like the others.
he also might do it out of respect or some other feeling in his non-existent heart since, as weird as it sounds, it is confirmed that X has feelings for sonic

I think that 2011x Sonic.exe is the most powerful if you really think about it he is the only exe that didn't let Tails, Knuckles, and Eggman escape from him not and even if you count Spirits of hell there is two ending, The Death Ending which Tails, Knuckles, Eggman, Cream, Amy, and Sally all fail and die or the Confront Ending which Sonic.exe is defended and answers some of your question about him before the Normal Sonic is released. For BF to face Sonic.exe then it would have to be The Death Ending if not BF would have never faced Exe ever, I feel like if they turn 2011x into a full mod it would have BF going through trying to save them all and if not the Mod would have 3 endings. The Hell Ending which would have you die in triple trouble becoming the final and last spirit for Exe to kill and would have you join the Exe crew as a dead BF, The Hero ending which would have you die but you would save Everyone for Exe, and the final ending the true ending The Hyper Ending which would have 2011x kill you but before you turn in to a Dead BF you would meet the real Sonic trapped watching everything but not being able to do anything but BF being killed would create a rip in the Afterlife and Death and Sonic would come and save the souls setting everyone free for Exe
actually I'm pretty sure X is a medium strength based sonic.exe. seeing as how he was the first exe he is used as a base line for people to build off of, also it's not confirmed that BF died in the song (at least I don't think so) and if he did it probable would be because he was without his forcefield that was shown in the original you can't run opening cutscene as shown in vs sonic.exe
