Hello bhaiya, Recently I gave My first interview for IDBI ESO, and I am very thankful to you. I was following you for the Ibps Po interview and Even during my interview, your words revolved in my mind. 1. Smile even if your interview is not good aise muh latkake nhi ana h vha se. In my point of view, my interview didn't go well but I came back with a smile. And Even one sir offered me chocolate and that also made me smile. 2. Make eye contact with everyone while answering. Thank you so much for the genuine information you provided. Pure words, no extra talks and true life lessons. Keep going and whenever you think of giving up, just read this message and remember that many people will go and give their best in their Ist interview after following your guidelines.❤❤

Thanks for commenting 😊🙏. There are quite low chances that they will ask this. I had the same question when I had to switch from Bank of India clerk to PO. If asked, my suggestion will be that you can be honest and showcase the fact that you are looking for growth opportunities in the banking sector itself, plus PSBs provide better promotional aspects than cooperative banks. Moreover, every person is looking for growth professionally in their life and this switch will provide you that growth and even open up the opportunities for further growth through promotions within the bank. I think that using these points to frame your answer may help you. In case something is unclear or there is some other query, feel free to ask here or through mail/ telegram. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏
Thanks for commenting 😊🙏. As for your query, in layman terms banks which have majority share of government in ownership are nationalised banks or PSBs and the banks which are owned by private entities are known as private banks. Similarly the banks which were taken over by the government after the independence through the nationalisation act were termed as nationalised banks. Examples are PNB, BOI, CANARA BANK, ETC. For private banks, examples are kotak mahindra bank, hdfc bank, icici bank etc. I hope it helps. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏
Sir introduction theek hai? Sir My name is....Iam from Uttarkashi and Live in Dehradun. I have completed my graduation in BA from..and currently Iam pursuing MA economics and it's last sem ie 4th sem and I will be useful in banking sector . After cross question- As I have economics as my subject and it is related to banking and also iam hardworking and dedicated person ?
Thanks for commenting 😊🙏. Yes ma'am your introduction is good. The only suggestion from my side will be to prepare economics at a basic level because there are high chances they will ask about it. Since you have mentioned that you will be useful in the sector, they will definitely want to know how and mentioning economics as the reason can initiate questions regarding economics and how it is linked with the banking industry. Other than than prepare well and give your best. If you need any help feel free to comment or mail me. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏
Bhaiya, I was preparing for CAT exam after my graduation but I didn't get through because of my score, this costed me a year and this year I gave for my banking preparation so in all I've invested 2 years and idk what should I say and how should I frame my answer regarding the switch from MBA to Banking. Please answer.
Thanks for commenting 😊🙏. As for your query, if asked about the gap it's not necessary that you mention the CAT examination at all. This is a choice or a decision that you have to make after thinking about all the variables like cross questions, etc. If you are looking forward to mentioning it, you have to prepare questions like Why you left that preparation, if you get selected will you continue your CAT preparation, after giving CAT you could have done MBA from any reputed institute and got a good job so why turn to banking ? If not mentioned, then one question what were you doing for two years. You were preparing, last year the exam didn't went well and hence you were not able to clear but this year you gave your best and giving this interview. So think well and then decide what to do, it's your chance so choose wisely. I hope it will help. If any query comes up feel free to contact me through mail or telegram. Keep supporting and do share 😊 🙏

Thanks for commenting 😊🙏. As for your query, No sir I don't think that language plays a factor when they are allotting marks in the interview. Just try to use a bit of English and other than this try to be confident and comfortable while answering the question. There is one video specifically related to the language. Please watch it. It will definitely help you in some way. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏
Thanks for commenting 😊🙏 As for your query, LBOs as the name suggests are recruited for a particular region especially people who know the regional language. While PO on the other hand are general officers of the bank who can be posted anywhere in India. Other than that I think that there is no major difference as the work profile is the same for both and if there are some more differences I am currently not aware about them but I will surely read about it. I hope it helps. Keep supporting and do share 😊🙏
