If you don't have a car, fees, gas, insurance to pay maybe you can afford it but with such a miserable budget closing on $700eu monthly, that strict of a budget, I'm not sure you'd be able to afford a coffee at any convenience store. Rentals alone would eat that leaving you with nothing else. Latvia offers bi-weekly pay or monthly pay, no weekly pay by the looks of it. I'm from Quebec Canada, weather, life style and geography are similar.
