As painful as they are to watch the fighting scenes are always my favorite. So much passion and raw emotion with both Danny and Ryan bringing their A-game…
Seriously how amazing were Danny and Ryan in these scenes. My heart broke for them especially Aaron in those closing moments - the look on his face when Robert took off the ring and walked away - I just wanted to give him a hug.
Grueling and heart draining as this is, I can watch A&R fighting scenes all day long. They really excel in delivering pain; I felt every word, every emotion like it was happening in my living room.
TBH, Rob is right. Aaron is scared of being happy because he's scared of being hurt. I think this is a wake up call he needs. Plus, that ending scene was quite the dramatic moment.
Aaron clearly has no understanding for bisexuality...it has nothing to do with robert not accepting who he is...he has accepted that why would he marry him if he didnt...he would still be with a woman and have men in secret

I wish everyone would just accept the fact that Robert and Aaron are a couple. The actors and producers have pretty much said they are love of each other's life. No couple is perfect. For whatever reason their relationship, as dysfunctional as it is, works for them.
I wish the show would deal with Robert’s internalized bi/homophobia at some point. I thought they’d go there after soap week when he told Aaron about his dad and trying to bury that part of him but nope. Glad Aaron called him out here, but again, I wish they’d explore it more. Just like Aaron’s abuse storyline made a lot of puzzle pieces fall into place regarding why Aaron is the way he is, a storyline like that for Robert could really be quite redeeming for his character. Hell, including Aaron (who certainly has misconceptions about bisexuality, even if I’d argue it’s more about Robert and his past than bisexuality in itself) in a storyline like that could even do some good in addressing bi erasure and misconceptions about bisexuality.

Robert wasn't really going to lie. He told Rebecca to not mention it to Aaron which means she would have been the one lying. My guess if Aaron asked Robert where he was he would have told him work which would have been the truth. I also understand why Robert did that. He's sick and tired of the way Aaron is acting. How does teflon Rebecca come out of this squeaky clean? She been the cause of most of their dismay. Robert doesn't have time for Aaron but can manage to squeeze time for her? Rob and Bex are both smart enough to know what's happening and rob won't tell her no. She doesn't make a move without begging helplessness to Robert. Basically Robert's apology to Aaron makes it clear he knew what's going on. Will be interesting to see how he handles her going forward. Rob should also apologize to Aaron about that last line he said at home farm.
