Actually really enjoyed hearing about the pressures of being a LCS Caster. Sad to hear they get so much flak for doing what I've always considered to be great color casts and analysis.
Great cast guys keep up the good work. I see you're getting alot of negativity in the comment section here, all i can say is I personally dont understand it. They say you are being biased and making excuses for NA, when in reality you stated facts and said the EU on paper has the upper hand in this tournament. The truth is none of it matters it matters who shows up on game day its like that in every sport.
It's a 11 hour flight from LA to Berlin come on guys stop with the whole 26 hours of travelling and all the excuses Eu were made To go over to NA before.....
It's been stated at 14:30 by Kobe that they have low expectations on North America. Should watch the whole episode before chucking a fit about 'excuses'.
I want TSM/NA to win, and I'd be really surprised if they get it but FNC/EU will have this one. My expectation is to see more action and exciting games from these teams.

Fun fact, TSM hasn't lost a best of five since Spring 2016 when they went 2-3 against CLG. Then again, they always get eliminated before they even get to play in a best of five xd.
Every series between the top 4 in NA is pretty close, generally speaking. However, the series between TSM and Immortals were a 2-0. If you're actually going to deminish the value of TSM beating immortals, then i can use that exact same logic to tell you that NA is essentially sending their best team in C9 and TSM, because all of the games are really close, even if they're 2-0 series. Sure, CLG might have won 1 single series more, but the games were really close, so it's more about their schedual than anything else. See? Easy to look at things in a biased way.
So yeah NA is Defintly sending their 2 best teams (maybe clg would be better then P1 but still P1 won 3rd and deserve this ) ... and For EU it's the Same , even that ppl think that G2 is weaker and MSF or H2K should have been in their place .... Mark My Words G2 will win the Groups and meet TSM at the Finals for Bo5
I like how they're making excuses for NA teams even though the games didn't even start yet, sigh... In all seriousness though, it's not the same as Worlds, because teams usually arrive a week or 2 sooner, so the players have time to actually fix their sleeping habits. It was also mentioned by one of the players (I think it was Mithy, but I might be wrong), that all teams will be playing on new patch, without prior preparations, no real scrims etc... Regardless of the outcome, I can't take this tournament's results seriously. Just like I couldn't take Battle of the Atlantic seriously. It seems like Riot downplays the EU vs NA rivalry.
I'm glad they brought up the Battle of the Atlantic because so many salty NA fans say "NA won herpaderp" despite getting smashed in 3 games and winning only 1 game. As far as everybody, even the casters here are concerned, EU has always been the stronger region.

I dont know why people underrate TSM and NA, I mean NA is 7-1 against EU atm and TSM smashed G2 early game when G2 was the best in EU (for me better than FNC is now) TSM is looking much better now in mid game. I cant say late game because they have had no late game where they won.

what was poor planning was making a cool king of the hill format, then riot became so scared it would be EU 3-0 NA, that they CHANGED the format and nerfed Kennen the signature champ for one of the teams. haha laughable. soon they gonna say the 18ping soloQ on EUW is bad compared to the 60ms trash in NA.
They nerf an item that would make kennen weaker, not kennen himself. You act as if Eu is so far ahead of Na when really at worst it is just a slight differents. You are really only the only complaining hat they change the format too. The only thing that is a joke is P1... Yall can roast them all you want cause they don't look like a top team/International Team. All that being said, It will be a blood bath don't get me wrong.
