Her art is fantastic! I do think she's an interesting unit, but the fact that she revolves around levitate and yet can only levitate each enemy once (and not for very long) does feel bad, at least on paper.
@@theoreticallyme4548 after looking it up, "Rinaldi" also seems to be the italian version of the name "Renaud", so you're right, I doubt you could find someone called like that

5 stars (at least the ones theyve been designing since the time of Cantabile?) exist to be resource dumps for longtime players. Once arknights runs out of places to throw resources into, the drive to login and burn sanity will greatly diminish. Its why despite purposely being designed to be worse than gacha 6 star alternatives, the investment costs are actually not too much lower. Essentially they're just style picks for the most part, what I actually want is a game mode scaled for 5 stars that doesnt let you use any 6 stars so they feel like they have some purpose
Worst part is that we used to have 5*s with valid niches or solid DPS, nowadays the best 5*s are just revamped versions of existing ones like Bassline and Nearl.
It's nice to see you making consistent operator reviwes, also focussing on the often neglected lower rarities (since 6* Reviews seem a dime a dozen). Though, it's still mystery enemy time! I think I know why you said this one's tricky, as there are two enemies matching this exact stat line. The Heavy Defender Type-S (P10) and the Herculean Prisoner (C18) have, at least on paper, the same base stats, with the exceptions being Attack Interval and Movement Speed (the defender attacking a bit faster but moving a bit slower). Though unfortunately to arrive at this conclusion, one needs to consult outisde sources, since the ingame enemy archive refuses to give us numbers. A third enemy has the same letter grades, though not the same statlines: The Possessed Heavy Defender Leader (P6) has 16k HP and 800 ATK instead. If I am to decide between P10 and C10, I'd choose the Herculean Prisoner, as him having a mechanic makes him the more interesting enemy. Speaking of P10 however, the Archive strikes again. This denomination is not unique to the Heavy Defender Type-S, but is shared with the Enrages Posessed Bonethrower. Weirdly enough, this isn't true for the other posessed enemies having the same denominations as the Heart of Surging Flames enemies. The Posessed are numbered P1 through P12, while the HoSF enemies go from P01 to P10, With PA1/2, PB1/2 and PG1/2splattered in between. The enemy numbering from Ye Olden Days sure is something...
She was the reason I pulled on the ascalon banner, I have Qani, Ho'ol, Irene all built cause I love saying upsie daisy to enemies, With Odda and Aroma I'm hoping we get some less status immune bosses soon cause I wanna give them uppies
As a Lupo knight player i am happy with her, she does decent Arts dmg, is cute and her talent is useful as well. I would have liked if her module would make her levitation time higher. (Or Levitate by skill activation or something) But ither than that, she is quite versatile. (Ps. I also finished IS 2 by searching for the Levitation relict but it didn't appear after over 10 trys, sadge)
Got Ascalon in 20 pulls, kept going to 90 for Aroma. Disappointed in her gameplay even though I expected little, but her design and voice lines still managed to exceed my expectations.
IMO, she’s a good bit better than Corroserum just because she has a useful effect that is almost always helpful, and solid consistent damage. This means she is reliable and has synergies - I’m sure “levitates enemies once they reach her range” will have SOME good synergy, and worst case it’s a solid one-time stall ability. Corroserum, meanwhile, has the same damage but only has the utility of Silence. And, Silence is just not a very useful effect most of the time nowadays. Considering that his Silence’s uptime isn’t great, you don’t even have much reason to use him over Lappland, or other operators with Silence.
@@kyarumomochi5146 Eh, I wouldn’t say it’s hilariously weak, it’s functionally a much weaker version of Ines’ talent, which I think is strong. Think about it less like a levitation effect and more like a Stun that activates as soon as the enemy reaches the attack range of your units- it’ll stall them somewhere you can control, so that you can hit them a bit longer before they reach your units. It also keeps enemies in her attack range for longer if she is perpendicular to their path. I also feel like you’d use S1 on her most of the time, since her S2 doesn’t seem like it’s that good without support from other operators who can Levitate (admittedly mostly due to the poor uptime). Which does functionally give her an excellent cycle Dunno, I mostly just feel like Corroserum has almost no redeeming qualities while Aroma has one or two
