For non-highway roads, 150km is the max before having back pain on hunter. Still quite a bit of foreward leaning on the handle bar. For longer rides, consider a handle bar raiser.
Let me share my hunter 350 experience. Pros : look, riding feel & exhaust sound. Thats it. Cons: 1.front and rear fenders(mud guards are useless. Dust, sand and mud splash hit the rear pilion. Saree guard, rear footrests, rear grab handles get mud splashes. 2. Hard/tight clutch lever and gear shifts(especially after 4-5 kms). 3. I feel the liquid gun engine oil isn't good. After 4-5kms the engine has a different feel(not vibration but kind of like it), gear shifts become hard. 4. Tapet noise after 1 service and they wont fix it in 2nd, saying it is normal and will be fixed in 3rd service. 5. No oil cooling so the engine heats up quickly. 6. Looks small but its a heavy bike. If you live in the city and there are good and flat roads everywhere then its not an issue for you. 7. Mileage -36 in city like bhubaneswar. With recent petrol prices this is quite expensive on the pocket. I have spent way too much on fuel for this bike. 8. Performance. The bike vibrates after touching 70+ kmph. At 80kmph you can feel buzz/vibration on footpegs, tank and handlebars. 9. Mirrors are trash on this bike change them, blind spots and they vibrate like crazy after 50-60kmph. 10. Sitting comfort on the stock seat is not good. Although it is soft and cushiony, it is not at all comfortable. After 30-40kms your bottom will heat up. I definitely recommend changing the seat for long rides. 11. Seat is too small, there is less space for pilion and the seat is also quite narrow. 12. Ground clearance. You will have to bring the bike to less than 15kmph and to 1st gear for crossing a speed breaker. For solo riding this isn't a problem but if the pilion is heavier there is more chance that the full stand will touch the speed breaker. 13. No led headlight. The headlight intensity is low, especially on fully dark roads at night. Visibility can be a problem for some people. Some points might not apply to many people, these are my thoughts after using the bike for more than 7 months. If you can overlook this then for the price you are getting a RE with 350cc. So choose wisely.👍🏻
Thanks for sharing your experience, every bike has some pros and cons & this one also has , but if u want a reliable motorcycle then u can go blindly for this motorcycle.many of the cons which u shared is not a con for everyone 1. if u ride any bike in mud , u will get mud splashes , thats a con for every bike 2.for tight clutch-either clean it after 3000kms or replace it for smooth clutch operation, changing clutch wire costs 300 approx 3.Tappet noise is common in every royal enfield bike due to the nature of long stroke engine , we can get it fixed in every alternate service 4.i haven’t faced any gear shifting issue till now . 5.yes it gets hot in traffic 6. it looks small but it is heavy and heavy bike gives stability in highways at higher speed 7. u cant expect too much mileage from 350cc bike , any 350 cc bike will give similar mileage 8.Vibrations gives good feedback of riding , and vibrations are minimized in j series platform engine 9.stock mirrors are trash ……
No led light.. we all knew it when we bought it, so how is it a con? 36 mileage was what promised, so what are u expecting beyond it? Most of the points u mentioned here are more like features, rather than the cons 🤷🏻
As i rode Hunter and Meteor both and now i have both. All i want to say nothing is perfect - Hunter have small Pillion seat, 100+ KM Back pain, Ground clearance issue, wont suggest it for long ride. Classic have Ground Clearance on some some speed breaker in City, Not Comfortable to ride on city specially Delhi Traffic, Very Heavy and On rain its a Death Dealer on city in cornering. But it doesn't mean you can buy either one. My Father used to ride SUPER SPLENDOR from Mumbai to Delhi twice a month, he still had that bike until i gifted him Hunter in 2023. So its not about bike, its about rider.
Bhai yr kabhi guhawati Assam ka. Bhi vlog ku nhi bnate. Kuki maine bht logo ko dekha hai matlb rider logo ko. Wo sab uder hi jate hain. Or vlog bnate hain.

Sir, is Navigation Tripper worth it? Because I am planning to add accessories at the time of booking.
not that much, but if you want to enhance the looks you can go for it. I would recommend you to put a o quality mobile phone holder for navigation.
