And with the fact that Killer uses a knife, not having his arm mobility would be an extreme downfall. What I'm trying to say, is it seems Nightmare, Abyss, and Horror are the only ones actually able to use their technically non-existent brains.

He isn't a brainless psychopath, but a rather victim Next is Nightmare, he was the brother of Dream. They both grow magical apples (Dream - golden apples and Nightmare - shadow apples), but Dream sold more and Nightmare almost none, he was also made fun of. So out of depression, hate and sadness he consumed the shadow apple, turning him into a dark goo octopus. AGAIN, victim of circumstances Horror!Sans is from a neutral timeline where Frisk kills Asgore and Undyne takes the throne. Hunger and Undyne's rules is causing the monsters to go insane. And the worst of all they start to eat humans, becaming true MONSTERS. This is again, victim of Frisk's behavior and Undyne's rule. Undyne may also have something to do with his crack on the head Dust!Sans is a Sans that was in a genocidal loop, but somehow remembered every reset, causing him to make his plan to kill monsters to gain DETERMINATION, so that he can't defeat Chara. But Chara is still more determined and Sans is now stuck in a loop of him killing his friends (and brother) and still in the end dying. SURPRISINGLY, it's the same thing, victim of the genocidal loop and he did terrible things to try to save them, not because he was a psychopath Killer!Sans became what his cuz Chara/Frisk kept reseting the timeline just to force him to kill monsters.
