    Hello Dear LuChin! I have sciatica pain, usually from my chest to my legs but this technique should help. I think I was starting to watch this video last week than it disappeared? I'm glad it's back again.

    Suffered from extreme sciatica pain for 10 years . Seen doctors and specialists to no avail.
    Got well immediately when I found the acupressure point on the foot.

      @@QiYogaWithLuChin I found that I had ( very) painful spots along the cleavage between the big toe and adjoining toe. I gently massaged them till I no longer have the pain and correspondingly my lower back sciatica pain disappeared 🫠 cheers 🥂

      Maybe ankle rolls will help to relieve a little. ❤️‍🩹 however this doesn’t address the core cause of arthritis

      It sounds like you have circulation problems on the legs. If you find any tender (painful) spot along legs, massage those areas or apply Acupuncture until the pain disappears. I also suggest you see a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. Hope this helps. ❤️‍🩹

    Another area can be used for sciatica. Put arm on affected side behind the back and massage the area behind the shoulder blade. Quite effective. Also on the foot massage the cuboid notch where sciatic nerve ends. Many people with sciatica will limp as they are walking on an inflamed nerve in the foot.

      Dear Hugh. Yesterday i massaged cuboid bone - not knowing above- & since then my sciatica is acutely worse. Any ideas please.
      Also i do limp when walk but from acute pain on outer heel with weight. Is that linked to sciatica?
      Grateful for your thoughts as none of my physios etc have any idea about this heel pain-makes me almost immobile. Many thanks.
