I don't know if these are all but still thank you for doing it. There are some people that did similar translation but only for the popular characters like Ragna and Terumi for example so is cool to see someone covering up almost everyone
These are all the ones I found for Carl Clover, but there could be more since I've already made those kind of mistakes in the past. Yeah, and I plan on keep doing them as far as people wants them. Well even if people doesn't watch them I'm still interested on knowing what they say as well.
Let’s just say Central Fiction is when Carl goes through puberty. And in addition his overall mind just gets absolutely ruined by Izanami because of it. Seriously after Act 2, when Act 3 began and I noticed Carl was changing into a second Relius...yeah all hope is lost for him now. Who knows what he’ll seek in BB5... But seriously someone save what’s left of his original soul please...
I think he's going to use advantage of his father's knowledge for a good cause, turning back her sister and mother back to normal. Something that may prove to be impossible but who knows.

I recently played his arcade to unlock his Location Test voice and things looks grim, very very grim for this kid... really hope it isn't canon. It actually really disturbed me how he started watching Noel and Litchi as objects just like his father.
I know I'm late, but I hope that the next Main Series game gives Carl some needed spotlight. I don't want him to turn into a Relius 2.0. In my eyes, it'd be interesting to see him almost fall to the same lows as his father and then either him or some of the characters who still care about him (Makoto comes to mind) try to save what good remains in him. Just undoing his entire character development from CS to CP just feels so wrong. Kid's been screwed over by fate. He and Ragna do have some in common.
It's never too late to discuss about BlazBlue and its universe! My guess is that he will follow Relius's steps to learn his methods and then use them to turn her sister back to normal. Maybe use the Boundary to travel back in time and prevent his father take her soul away in the first place. He is twisted and was deeply scar by Relius's deeds but he is still a boy. And as showed with his interactions with Litchi he is still a good boy. He is just misguided but can find another path, maybe not a hero or a "good guy", but definetely different from Relius's.
Actually, judging by what happened in his past, as well as his hatred towards most adults, I'd say Carl's personality has always been secretly a little bit unstable. It's just that you see it more in Central Fiction. That's not to say he's completely heartless though. He still cares for his sister and wants to return her back to normal. But to be honest, that's pretty much the only thing that's stopping him from turning into a second Relius. Poor kid.😢

And then having to live off being a vigilante using the very doll your sister's soul was put in? He is no Ragna, but Carl's life is pretty depressing, especially now given how almost every living character EXCEPT him is on a better path.
Personality aside, why is everyone saying that Carl is so hard to play as? As a Carl and Hazama main, I'm genuinely curious about this. I mastered all of his attacks, and to be honest I honestly found Tager WAAYYYY harder to play as than him.
This is really late but it’s because Nirvana acts off button release rather than button press. To show how different this is, people struggle doing Hadoken in sf1 but can easily do it on sf 2 and onward. That and controlling 2 people at once while keeping in mind where the other one is will always be hard
Carl and Ragna actually have some things in common: - A scarred childhood. - A sibling of their's was either kidnapped (Says) or turned into a weapon (Ada) by one of the main antagonists. - Both have troubled backgrounds none of the others truly understand. - And they both have an Observer watching them (Rachel for Ragna, Amane for Carl) I'm not saying he's essentially Ragna, but the commonalities between the two as the series progressed really started to show it off. I'm honestly hoping he becomes a major player in the next Main series entry when or whatever that will be.
