On NVR... do you ever run into a maxed out CPU? Going into Task Manager and ending the task of "Trinity System Services" usually fixes it because it's the one maxing out the CPU. The NVR keeps recording, but VMS will lose the connection to the NVR.
hello, in my case the vms shows the same error, but when entering the nvr, the cameras are not seen either, they show the same error, when adding a new camera it is not displayed either.
after power failure NVR camera tile shows "unable to connect to device". can ping cameras and can open the cameras in web browser. what could be the issue..?? All services max pro services are running.

For honeywell any camera reset we no need any setup Just press and hold reset button available on the camera for 5 to 10 second after 5 minutes restart the camera

Please check your protocol while adding the camera into the NVR

There's no reset button on the PTZ's. At least on the HDZ302's. On the fixed cameras, that method works.
