If you put ac current across dc current capacitor and ac voltage is much(×4) higher than voltage on cap results are spectacular instantaneous.Especially with caps under 100uf. Just wear protective gloves,glasses and something solid like thick safety glass between you and experiment.And remote switch.Keep fire extinguisher in your hands.Warn people within earshot
