Always study stay focus you can do anything you want to do if you keep your mind focused. This is my last year in high school. I was supposed to graduation 2018 but I did not do my work or my homework 📚. So when my teachers 👨🏫 👩🏫 told me that I won’t be graduation 🎓 until 2018-2019 I made a promise to myself that I will try my best and try to stay focus on my work. And try to make new friends and graduation 🎓 with my friends.
Arnold is probably the best example of someone raise up from nothing against all odds. it is great that he show us the map to success.

this year ive been dealing with depression and anxiety, last year i weighed 330lbs , growing up i was always an overweight kid going to school, in 1 year i got down to 205lbs unfortunately since ive been focusing on negatives in my life my vision has been clouded and motivation was lost so i gained about close to 15 pounds however recently i have started to regain my focus. my goal is to not get beaten but come back better then i ever was mentally and physically , i swear im gunna work my ass off to get the body and mentality i want from zero to hero is my goal , flab to abs lets fkin do this and i hope everyone else going through shit will find their way 2.

I ended up gaining alot of weight back I got all the way close around the 280 mark but through last year I have slowly lost weight and I'm now around 225 still need to lose abit more but I'm feeling better. I heard about Arnold Schwarzenegger when I joined a gym back in 94. Once I started bodybuilding Arnold's name comes up because he was the biggest name in bodybuilding. And after 3 years I quit my day job and became a personal trainer full-time. Then one of my clients gave me a copy of the movie "Pumping Iron". After I watched it, Arnold became my idol because he had achieved the American dream by coming from another country and by working very hard he became the biggest name in bodybuilding, then he became the biggest name in actions movies, and if that wasn't enough, he got into politics and became the governor of California. How many people can say they had done even just one of those accomplishments...

Oh yea!. I agree, I agree! When young I was treated like I were subnormal by my own family. Brutalised by Catholic school, and bullies. The hatred against Catholics in Scotland crushed me but one day I said enough now! I trained in martial arts, kicked the butt of everyone who dared to attempt to crush me. Worked hard, payed my way through a degree in Mathematics and ended up on a higher salary than the British Prime Minister. It was not until I was in my fifties that I discovered two things: I was born with only one kidney and I had aspergers. These things are not linked but just part of me. Stay focused and never allow assholes to define you.
