Have you ever considered "Herobrine"ing cheaters?
Wearing some spooky, creepy outfit, and using a plugin or something to remove your name, then just un-invising off to the side in front of them then re-invising without moving, slowing getting closer to them with each successive cycle of revealing yourself then turning invisible. Just to see if they panic-quit.

Maybe create a server plug that makes cheaters invis and muted, no build prev and disable items they looted and take the server join time as a point to respawn thoose stolen stashes? Just a idear to lower cheaters impact on servers !
