He'd be the fun, drunk, loud, extremely wealthy /flashy, womanizing younger brother to Johnny, named James aka "Jimmy" Rose , who made his fortune in Las Vegas with hotels & casinos and visits Schitt's Creek just to gloat And laugh at them. Maybe he & Johnny had a falling out years ago over business, but when Jim heard of Johnny's misfortune he wants to make things right. Jimmy would help them out, giving them a gift of money for renovations to the motel. There would also be running jokes about who uncle Jimmy is married to now since he goes thru mail order brides, while he can't remember anything about his ex wives and Alexis & David would remind him who was who of the women he married. Uncle Jimmy is wealthy but unlike his brother Johnny, he's a hot mess.
