Thank you for sharing your unboxing with us. The second card in the topper/hit pack looks to be a Redeem card for a figure. Can you look at the back of thee three BP cards and comment if they all have serialized numbers?
The first BP card with Akali (3:54) looked like it had a spot for a serialized number but it was blank.
The second BP card with Albedo (6:52) was numbered 36 of 88.
The third BP card with Elsa (9:33), you didn't show the back.

I have checked it out for you, and only the Albedo has a serial number on it. As well as the topper itself.

Condolences. That isn't an advertisement.
It's actually a redeem prize and a higher tier prize from the looks of it.
They usually go from S -> F with S usually being an iPhone/PS5/XBOX/etc.
Seeing as you got this as a sample from the seller, I don't know if they will redeem it.
Usually figure prizes are bootlegs and I find often you get a cheaper figure than what is advertised.
