I played the game on the hardest difficulty but had to turn it down to easy for the race specifically. Literally couldn't do it.
I was 20 yrs old when this game came out, and over 20 yrs later you all are still playn' it.. the early 2000's till early 2010's, seemed like every studio out there was making nothing but open world triple A games!!

The thing Ralph says on the race track is a note to the 2002 version of the game. There was this race very difficult and people was not happy about it at all. :D
And that's already after they made it much easier than it originally was, according to Dan Vávra.
@ It was crazy. But the realistic physics was part of why i love OG game so much. But strange is once the game was re-released on steam few years back the race took me just one try to win. Not sure if they patched it to make it easier or i just got more skills with games over time.
Love watching your videos you’re a great gamer and you could drive the hell out of that car. I had to take a break after five times getting second or fourth etc. crashing at the end.
