I remember about 18 years ago I attended one of his performances, and after the show we (the fans) lined up next to the door that led backstage to meet him and when the show ended he walked right by us and it seemed like he wasn’t going to stick around for the autographs and he was about to leave, I shouted out to him, “Buju” he turns and looks at me and waves me down to go back stage with him. He even told the security guard, who wouldn’t let me in, to let me through There was a long line of people waiting to get his autograph and meet him but I was the only one Buju let in and signed my cds and shirt.
