【Synopsis】Born into a scholarly family, Huang Yimei grew up carefully sheltered, displaying artistic talent from a young age. Eric did not lose a single minute, but I'm glad Rosie still refused him. Powerful words, "you don't have to fix every regrets." Certain paths are not meant to be taken, it's better to move forward. Fang spent years thinking he was in competition with a guy Rosie had moved on from already, he is truly a looser and ruined their marriage with his own hands. I noticed she said to him at the hospital "I never hated you", she said the same to Eric once. She is a very strong woman in her determination not to hate past lovers. She is generous to a fault, neither of these two men deserved her generosity. Let's see what the 3rd love interest brings to the table!

He did a really good job, playing the insecure, controlling husband. I just watched him in Legend of Shen Li. It’s like a completely different person here.
I lack words to explain every feeling stirred by this story.
It was good the Rose was so straight forward with GorTung. She brought her darling little daughter with her to their first date. No explanation needed about her present situation to him. She presented the real deal if they ever going to get back together.

Think she knew Eric wasn't cut out to be a father figure, he had to see it for himself, shes a package deal now, so he probably realises he has to move on.
Funny he thought he was taking her on a date to a fancy French restaurant, to try to recapture the past, only for her to come out with kid in tow and end up eating in a kiddies cafe, 😅
He didnt look overly impressed. Seems he wasted alot of years waiting and regretting only to not get what he wants anyway.

I agreed he did love Rose but was a pathetic person due to his low self low esteem, that doesn’t give him the right to control Rose. Treating her like an animal pet, not a human being. Rose is an intelligent and highly educated person. Rose has the right to have a happy life of her choice, a career she enjoys instead of sacrificing herself becoming a housewife with no contact with the outside world wasting all her effort to become some one who shines in her chosen path to someone who doesn’t understand the right way to love somebody is to let the other person be happy also.
