@@zerogoodcontent7293 Thats just straight up untrue. He literally ended the L'manburg war by trading his discs. And also, in case you havent noticed: No one is a problem solver. Problems arent solved on this SMP, they are just overshadowed by bigger ones.
Tommy tries his best to remain out of trouble, ever since the final disc war. Hes just been picking flowers and making friends with a spider.

People give Tommy leniency when he was the one that caused the peace on the server to end. Dreams methods may have been cruel, but at least they worked for a while. Dream had the peace he wanted until someone’s stupid decision messed it up. And Tommy was at the center of every conflict meaning he was the problem.
I don’t know the entire lore to the Dream smp but it all makes exact sense to me and Michel is completely correct all of the dream smp players/characters all wanted power and they did the exact same things as dream did they built their own nations, and killed people just to get power and really dream just wanted peace and since the very beginning tommy has just created conflict and don’t get me wrong I love tommy with my heart but yeah

What angers me the most is almost everyone trying to protect Tommy because he's been the most "traumatized" person by Dream on the server and Dream's friends-Sapnap and George, even betrayed him. They all see him as the bad guy when really, in reality, it was TOMMY. When he first joined the server, what did he do? Burn Ponk's tree. That started basically every single bad thing that's happening on the server because there was no more peace. Tommy started it all and he's been doing so- causing conflict. It just annoys me, but i

It is the similar in this situacion, yes, he started the conflict but he didn't know that was going to happen, and trough the Lore he has shown multiple times that he regrets the things he did.

In my opinion, I agree with everything in this video, even before I watched it. I say dream and techno sound the most accurate. Dream just wanted peace (basically what this video said) and technoblade is really right about government causing problems. And no hate, some people kinda sound stupid in their side of the argument. When tommy said “Dream is the only problem”, like we all know, tommy caused conflict, so dont act like you didnt-. And again, no hate 😃

srsly tho- dream is a hell of alot more powerful. ive developed a theory exetremely similar to this one- if dream wanted only control. The items wouldnt have been enough- i think the plan was when he fought tubbo and tommy is to get caught to create peace. and when he realized that failed he escaped in hopes they would use him as a common enemy again. if dream wanted control the only ppl he wouldnt be able to control are techno and his freinds- everyone else is not as good at pvp as him and he could use that to agressively force them to do it. but he didnt-

yes but lmanburg didnt start the conflict, wilbur created a nation to escape tyranny, yes it caused isssues BUT if you think about it tommy was banned immediatley after joining and exiled for causing conflict and breaking the rules. So Tommy still started the conflict as that started to slowly start the painting of dream bein a "villain" wilbur used this painting base which tommy started to convince the people he could that dream was a tyrant, which painted more of that painting.
@@spectrumriptechnobladeo7759 l'manberg caused most of the problems but I also agree that there's not really any one bad guy or 1 good guy in the SMP it's just a lot of miscommunication and trauma and they all need a large dosing of therapy But at the same time a lot of the conflict was caused by lamanberg conflict would have happened without it yes but at the same time there's not really one bad guy it's a bunch of miscommunication Also sorry if this sounds weird I am very sleep deprived

Here's what I think of Dream...
I think, at the start, he did want peace for all of them, no matter what it costs. But then he just became hungry for power. The things that he did to Tommy during exile has no reasoning. Or what he did to Ranboo. Or the fact that he collected the people on the SMP's belongings in order to be able to trade them for some things that probably isn't really good. He was good once, but not anymore.
Emm let me correct you dream did nothing to ranboo The dream voice is confirmed to not be dream and ranboo confirmed that enderwalk ranboo is just ranboo with all his memories on and dream isn't controlling him also the disc finale was consider staged since punz late dsmp stream when it was canonically confirmed that dream planned to go to prison and staged the whole thing he didn't mean anything said there the plan of using other attachments was never going to become a reality he was also not gonna kill tubbo and etc he build the prison to himself as part of his plans and yeah his plans for this started around exile more specifically after he got the revive book from schlat wich means that exile was just a temporary thing and he wasn't planning to break Tommy down but just to separate him from tubbo to get the disk for the disk finale which don't make his action better but it does show he had reasoning for them and also yeah punz never betrayed he was always working with him and ranboo is apparently willingly working with him at least when he was alive and was in enderwalk
I just thought that it was because it went from a fun survival game with friends to a server all about the L O R E. In which, Dream took up the role of the villain just because, but if you look at it while staying in character then I feel like that explanation would work
@@helloperson4774 the dream smp never became all about lore though till this day a lot of people just don't roleplay a lot and do improve in there like tubbo literally did a non lore stream today- exile was literally improv lore and was only like 30% super serious drama and the other 70% just dream and Tommy joking around like dream being a freaking streaper came from it bbh was literally saying today that people take his character comments tooo seriously

Can I just say this. Tommy caused his own exile. I've been saying it from the start. He was meant to be put on probation but after he had threatened Dream, exile was placed on the map for him. Everyone is always saying that Dream wanted him exiled from the start, however, Dream was willing to give chances and he crossed the line
