President Obama Announces the Obama Foundation Scholars Program

President Obama announces Obama Foundation Scholars, a new program designed in collaboration with the University of Chicago at the Harris School of Public Policy. Scholars will receive a Master of Arts degree focused on International Development and Policy and will get hands-on skills training working alongside the Foundation team.
