14lb. Brisket after 14 hours

  • Smoked a brisket on my PitBoss for 14 hours. Wrapped at 160, off the smoker at 202, wrapped in a towel and put into a cooler for an just shy of 2 hours. This was BY FAR the best brisket I have cooked to date. I've only cooked 5-6 but this one was jiggling and fall apart with good bark
