IMHO, its not upon the career but on the person, ki how much he'll be able to earn. For designing, you CAN get a rich life out of it. Freshers can earn from 15k/m, and if you've 2yrs of EXP you could earn 50k/m. If you wanna do BFA, do it from a REPUTED college. In the end, you do need to be skilled in your niche. (UIUX / illustrator / motion, etc) Be it a job or freelancing.
