So, here's the present for you guys for all the support!! It's a WWF No Mercy Legends CAW Rom Hack, meaning the movesets are directly hacked into the rom!! No need of codes, so you guys can try this baby out on an Everdrive!!
Costumes that are seen in the video are optional, you guys can give the wrestlers whatever attire you want in the Smackdown Mall!!
Also, this rom hack has the wrestlers entrance themes as well, though, since this game has a limited number of themes you can replace, not all wrestlers have themes!! You can view which wrestlers have themes in the Replacement List.txt file!!

So sad that a 23 year old 64 game can make better CAWs, with or without mods, than a modern AEW game.
Still surprises me just how accurate some No Mercy CAWs can look just from the in-game editor.

Truly love this game it is the best. The young kids keep asling how this game can be the best wrestling ever made. Thats simple, thats because this game contains things the new wrestling games don't have thats why its better and always will be The Best there is, The Best there was and The Best there ever will be.

imo no mercy still has one of the best creation suites, look at how accurate you can make some of these guys look, or the fact they allowed editing every part of existing superstars to update their looks.

The wrestlers can all still be edited correct? Great work btw... this inspired me to start working on my own patch. No hacks used for the first go around but for version 2 I’m def gonna try making a full rom hack like this one!

The wrestler appearances yes, not the moves unless you rom hack them into the game!! For the guides I used the following:

Do all these guys have custom movesets as well or are some made over the original roster and using their movesets that you can't edit?

Yep all the movesets are edited bro, as well as most of the themes, you can always change the wrestler appearance to be whatever you want as well!! Hope you enjoy it man!!

@@AmitDabydeen Could you help me please? I didn't see anything in the readme. I ran the WNLC.rom file with the newest version Project 64 and everyone has the hacked moves but they look the same as the default roster.
I saw there is save files included but Project 64 doesn't recognize them when I go to Load Save, it's just looking for .zip or .pj files. Do I need to use a different emulator?

@@Goyakahian1 OK, I just downloaded Project64 3.0 to see what your talking about and yeah it doesn't show the changed attires!!
To fix this go into the save folder, you should see a folder called the following:
WWF No Mercy-5B9ACAF4A127FA04679CB12633699EEB
Go inside that folder, and extract the save files there from my download the files:
WWF No Mercy.fla
WWF No Mercy.mpk
Into the WWF No Mercy-5B9ACAF4A127FA04679CB12633699EEB folder, it's okay if they're overwritten the ones you had before!!
You should now have the changed attires!!
And no your not a noob bro, your far better than that!! Remember, we all had to start somewhere man ;)

This hack has a tendency to crash on the Delta IOS emulator every time I exit out of the shop into the main menu and after ending a match to go back to the main menu. Does this happen on real hardware and PC emulators?
Nope it doesn't happen on real hardware or emulators I never used that emulator so I don't know what could be the problem.
@@AmitDabydeen Delta is a well known emulator for Apple iPhones that only recently became officially available on the App Store. Glad to hear it doesn’t crash on real hardware or other emulators.

If it's not finding the rom, you can change the file extension to .z64, .rom, .n64, etc.

Awesome! Just wondering could you ever make a patch for wrestlemania 2000 similar to freem edition where it included wrestlers and attires from revenge? I know there's replacing textures through modding but I mean something playable on the original hardware on the everdrive64 that would be incredible a wrestlemania 2000 with revenge crossover that isn't just a mod for emulators but a patch playable on original hardware then including some of the wcw themes would make it even cooler
@@joshuablessed7782 I do have plans for that!! Though I'm just waiting for certain tools to be made so I could inject the textures into the rom itself!! And by the looks of it, it's going to take quite a long time, hence why you don't see any textures in this current rom hack, just edited movesets and themes!!

When Installed rom it worked but it was normal No Mercy no legends or hacks
How was the rom were the movesets changed or no, and there are no hacks just the movesets and music are changed!!
What program are you running it from??
I tried running the .rom file on my emulator but it just played regular No Mercy. Am I missing something?
Are the movesets edited or no, also where did you put the save files??
@@AmitDabydeen yes the movesets appear to be edited. I put the save files in the saves folder in my emulator, but when I try to load them the emulator won’t recognize them.

I don't know if you can hard code the looks though, as people said with this rom hack they had to change the appearances themselves or they didn't use the save files (.mpk, .fla)!!
@@AmitDabydeen Damn, this is much easier that I thought! Only an hour after reading the instructions, I replaced Rock's moveset with a hex editor. It looks like Project: Outsider - Rom hack/Prep Work edition is in progress right now!

It should, I don't think it will work if your trying to change movesets though!
@@AmitDabydeen hmm... I tried using the max parameters codes and no luck. I'm using an Everdrive x7 so idk if that matters.
@@JD_Power Yeah I don't think you can change the parameters with a hacked rom!! Matches, etc. you can probably change I don't know about the wrestlers though!!
