Don't forget that this event is tailored to the new IDs and EGO. The enemies are extremely weak to these damage types (gloom, sloth, pierce...) so the damage is abnormally high.

Ah, no, about the count... that's the captain buff. I don't think he's count positive at all, only neutral on his skill 1 if he clashes with it. Which isn't that big of a sin, mind you, because his unique sinking acts like a secondary sinking with infinite count as long as you can maintain it every turn. Combine him with wildcliff and boatshmael and you've got yourself a sinking trio powerhouse. Linton Gregor with his new Ego is also a good addition, but then you must consider who to give the extra skill slot besides wildcliff.

Yes obviously he does a lot of damage on enemies weak to him, but he basically nukes with minimal to no setup, as long as he has ammo. And his ammo is the easiest one to maintain in the game, you don't even have to use the defence move most times

Red shields also didn’t work like that in lobcorp, as if damage exceeded their threshold (50 damage), they would break without negating any damage at all. Considering Violet Noon does 100 RED damage and our sinners don’t have E.G.O. suits, the red shield bullets would do nothing.
I tried getting into the game and wanted to reroll for good characters and literally got him (yi sang lament) on the first 10 pulls. Welp, that just saved me a heckton of time.

you got lucky with the dmg they deal. when i tried to solo they always hit stagger threshold. used the same comp except support kim and no seven outis(dont have both). still gonna try because that ding is addictive i complained then tried again. i did it.... truly walpurgis night

yeah, i had to spark yi sang, and haven't gotten any of the new announcers, but i always use gregor as my announcers so it's whatever
