ON Cloudflow 4 - 2 Hour Long Run - welcome back to another extra channel video and today I wanted to share some thoughts with you guys on the ON Cloudflow 4 after taking it out for a 2 hour long run. This shoe has really surprised me overall and I am using it a lot more than I thought I would!

I use it as a daily trainer. I also won’t run in carbons. I really like it. I wish it was more responsive with a lower stack height.

The Cloudflow 4 reminds me of an old-school Pegasus, but in a good way.
