I love Chaka...... she killed it.. But that night.... Her backup singers were on fire!!!!!!!!! Kudos to those ladies. They were giving lessons on how to back a vocalist... Nice..

Great lived in arrangements too. Tiffany cleared that big note on Sweet Thing! The new arrangement of I’m Every Woman is amazing! I loved that intro and how they jazzed it up.

How did I sleep on this!?!? I love your background vocalists but also your island vibe version of “Sweet Thing”. Made me think of your song “Telephone” which I think is such a powerful ballad that would sound great with a reggae bass and rimshot.

It's really a treat to see them actually singing and playing their musical instruments. Though I heard some of these songs from the studio album, I'm extremely pleased to see them improvise. It's why I love to see Chaka Khan live.

Chaka Khan's song catalog hurts my brain trying to fathom the actual size. Two of my favorite 'B-sides' of her's are "Heaven Bound" "Please Pardon Me" I know there's a very good chance that I'll see her perform them live because she doesn't care about singing the 'hits', Chaka's gonna sing what she wants to.

But that doesn't mean anything because she continues to get better than the last time she was 'the best I've ever seen!'. What got me is the Chaka fan she was using to cool herself, at 47:10.
