CCS is the number one anime that almost everyone has seen at least one time (even cardcaptors dub, i've seen both) The other is Naruto. It's amazing show isn't it?

Cardcaptor sakura. 70 episodes. Plus two movies there is the original Japanese and English dubbed back from the early 2000's plus a remastered English dubbed that was released in 2017 I think. Also now there is a new series called cardcaptor sakura clear card. That currently has about 20 episodes atm, waiting for the next releases to continue. It's about a 10 year old girl that stumbles upon a magical book and she is appointed as a cardcaptor after accidentally releasing all 52 cards. along the way she has a friend who records and makes her costumes and his by her side. She is the only other person that is aware of what is happening. We are introduced to a new transfer student from Hong Kong who is also collecting the cards. Typical Love story, boy girl are rivals against each other, they slowly become friends and learn to trust one another. Boy falls in love with girl. The saucepans over 4 seasons, one school year. Movie 2 takes place during the collection of the cards. Movie two ticks up straight after the series, where the kids are around 12 years old.
