I thought my edges will never grow back but i can see they're coming back,slowly but surely I prepoo with either oils or aloe Shampoo Deep condition with heat Leave in spray + leave in conditioner Hair lotion Oil Plus i cream my scalp with my oils together with leave in conditioner +hair lotion. This is my regime, i haven't changed and that could be the reason my hair blossom plus i see my edges growing back again I also make hair spray of rosemary water, i use it almost everyday on my hair when braided ❤
This is good advice. My scalp doesn't like oil at all. It will break out every time I tried to put oil on it for the last 6 months. My daughter's scalp is the same way. When she was a baby, oil would break her scalp out, so since then she has not added oil to her scalp and her hair grew 3 inches from her behind without adding oil to her scalp and hair. That goes to show that everyone doesn't need oil on their hair and scalp. I stopped using it for the last 6 months, and my hair continues to grow like crazy, and my scalp no longer breaks out.

I like your honest advise. Your hair is long and looks healthy. You have the same ideas like me. I also write down what i apply whenever I wash my hair or add a cream, diy deepconditioner ect. My hair is at a good length now and thicker but I need to be more consistent and patience. What is also good is not to use combs on your hair that works as well. Try as much to finger detangle. I love to do protective styles because I like to rest my hair. Lazyness and being busy plays a great role.😅
