The Portishead/Big Boi combo is so on point that I couldn't believe it wasn't the original beat for that track. They should release an official remix or something. Or maybe do an album together. Big Boi's flow has a sort of conspiratorial tone to it, like an old warrior spinning tales in an offhanded, calm manner, almost under his breath. Portishead's dark, echo chamber vibe suits it incredibly well.

I would suggest starting at the beginning of this album and listening to it all the way through. It flows well and it is totally the way it is set up to be listened to.
