Question: Is the rattle noise coming from the rear end normal?
Yes, a lot of is coming from chain that you normally would not hear so much with a motor, also the chain slaps the chain guard, that is what is causing a lot of that rattle. You can take it off, but I feel safer with it there lol. Don't mind the noise.

I also read somewhere Eride did something with the turbo button so the turbo doesn't cut off as fast as the original version.
There was a software update to where sport mode can hit the turbos speed with even pressing it pretty much making it useless I have one and there's not much difference
Correct, new software update makes the turbo button obsolete.
@@whynotchristopherI have 2 of the new release Eride Pro SS that I just got and both will do 61mph in sport and 63 when you hit the turbo button and stays at 63 for about 10 seconds then back to 61mph. Mine have all the updates like this bike but mine has a 14t front sprocket and a 55t rear. Works out to be the same gearing and I’m not sure why they changed it but figured Id share

Very true, the community also really loves them I get nothing but thumbs up or people asking about it. I tell them it’s electric and they smile. If you respect the road and don’t ride like an a hole everywhere you go. You get 0 trouble with police.
