Can you explain the significance or meaning of this drum dance? Are there rules as who gets to start the dance and when other people get to join the ring?

Our traditional Drum Dance is used for celebration, it has been passed down to our generation and continue to grow strong. We thank our Dene Elders for this amazing drum songs.
Their are no rules, anyone can start off the dance if you feel like dancing. It doesn't matter how you dance, you dance because you want to and too the beat to the drum.
Sometimes it's hard to explain which songs means and what is the story behind it.
Their are many other drums but if you do have more question, please do ask and I do my very best to answer it. Masi Cho, Thank You.
