Helpful video Vangaurd! Don't dodge early was my answer here. Start off spamming mod/skill damage to take down a bulk of health then run away and recoup. Don't waste stamina. Then stay calm, run around the building while randomly dodging/tagging when needed while letting skills/mods regenerate. When you're skills/mods are back up, take a final stand with him at the end to lay on another blood bath of damage. The challenger's Berserk skill will obvious help a ton with the final stand. I killed him with like 1% life left in a game of chicken with my shotgun. God damn, this is a fun game.
Damn this would’ve saved me some time. Beat this guy on solo apocalypse last night. Absolute nightmare for me. Took me no joke, 60+ tries! What really got me was his explosive knives and root slam in the final phase. Almost everything he does is a 1 shot on apocalypse. Love your videos and guides man, keep it up!
Thanks for making the video but I also will point out just as a mild point of criticism to counterbalance the praise play saying that your final tip was essentially the same as just saying just get good but what's up leaning towards a mild explanation of don't Dodge early. Given that Dodge Windows aren't really something you can really easily have someone Teach You by explaining it and it's something you just have to learn by doing it they probably would have been better to leave that one as a blank and honestly I feel like it would have been better if you were to just show your build and the level of your gear just to help give people an idea of what type of damage and survivability can actually handle them
Enjoying these, but they would be even better if you used a different video player(I don’t have a suggestion unfortunately) so we don’t have that dark box on top and bottom for so much of it.
Yeah good luck with that. It took forever just trying to down him on nightmare with empathy and spiteful, I still honestly can't get the timing down on his overhead ground slam attack, I eventually just got lucky he didn't use it on his last bit of health.
Another ridiculously difficult boss that ruins this game.

This boss is just a joke, the only reason is this boss is there to be able to tell, not everyone can play this game to the end, ergo the game is hard. No its not, this game is laughably easy with some of the unique weapons. This boss is no more just an artificial gatekeeping. Why tf do i need to put 200k damage into a single boss when my weapon damage is 100? Why are there 2-3 one hit mechanic in one boss fight? Until this point, the game is a joke, then comes this clown...

This guy was a nightmare for me. I literally used engineer and played ring around the rosey on the generator.

Used the Firestorm spam build on him. Also specced into amplitude for an even bigger succy range.
Hardest boss in the whole game imo. Amazing design and moveset

For the algorithm
I run around the back section until he stays on top. Used the plasma rifle too.
The endgame is basically a dodge perfect dodge check and good gear

im stuck at this guy in nightmare difficutly. 1st and 2nd playthrough was easy ,but now im kinda struggling. Some of his moves become one hit kill

The best tip is "Don't dodge quickly"
You must talk also about the fact that he is also healing which is pretty fucking annoying. I came here just to find out what to do about it.
