- Concrete and Steel coffee Table. Well, Barrel House Brewery has been keeping me busy lately. I was commissioned to do a couple concrete tables to go in front of the Giant Barrel Benches I built for them a couple months ago. The Coffee Tables are made by pouring concrete in a melamine mold upside down, removed and then flipped right side up and then polished. I added a metal inlay of Barrel House's logo that was rusted to match the rusted steel legs I made for the bases. The steel legs were made from square tubing, 10ga steel that was cut out on my cnc plasma table and then welded together with my TIG machine. Once the legs were assembled, they were sandblasted and then sprayed with a solution to give them a rusted patina. I really enjoyed this build and hope you do too. thanks for watching. SHALOHA

You have to glue that in place on the melamine or did it just stay and hold ?
Thanks Lukehunter5528, yes, I glued the inlay down to the melamine with some latex caulking. It’s important that there is no squeeze out when applied, because it will leave voids around the edges of the inlay🤙
can you say what material you use on 1.12 to cover the side? what is it's commercial name ? I am looking to buy one of those sheet. What should I search on google to get that?
