Hotels eventually will lose revenue with this model. Right now, even if I need a hotel for 9 hours, I have to book it for an entire day. If they start providing these flexible timings, people will start optimising their stays accordingly and full day bookings will reduce. So hotels will have more vacant inventory.
Unless this flexibility ends up increases the hotel bookings (which might or might not happen), hotels will lose. You can't make both customers and hotels win.
lol, but what about those people who just want to stay for a number of hours? You are taking into account the persons who want to stay for a whole day, but you rare not taking into account the number of people who just want to stay for a specified period of time. If the time interval reduces, the number of people will surely increase. No way, it's gonna reduce. those who want to stay for a longer period of time, they will still stay. but those who want to stay for a shorter period of time, and don;t have any means to do that, the hotels are losing out on that revenue.
@@vikasindoria4788 I also talk to some hoteliers …Many hotel owner doesn’t give room for 12 hours….They also think that occupancy rate decrease by doing this………Occupancy rate is now in 3 star hotel is 50-60% range….Below that their margins got hit and depreciation eats their P and L statement

I have the money to invest. But I would never invest in this company even if I miss a 50X exit. I dont like their philosophy. Their concept of love is just 2 hours of physical fun with girlfriend. I think love is something more than that, love is looking into each others eyes and getting lost for hours. Love is having an innocent laugh with each other. Love is making sure your girlfriend gets home safely. Their marketing tactics have no morals

one thing you can learn from love hotel industry in japan is that, they use automated/computerized check-in systems. no human interaction for 100% privacy and secrecy. india mein mushkil hai ye, hotel staff ko train karne keliye, security issues bhi hai ismein. but if they find a solution quickly and establish their brand, get exclusive rights for business with maximum hotels, either day-time or night-time, they have a chance against the big names.
A company run by students of Amity University & Manav Rachna University itself is a big red flag.

We own a hotel in Lucknow, Hospitality market in India is huge and worldwide even more. You can check in anytime but check out is 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM. We are having many regular customers there who stay just for few hours so main thing is we give them the room at slight lower rate and it is even better rather doing business in hourly hotel room.
