I love your videos, I've used them to build some units. I share your interest of the potential of Shuna. I play mine with effectiveness(~100) and eff resist (~180) plus her artifact, and I had fun games mixing her with a Milim like yours. Keep going like that.

As for the ''people left and you have fewer and fewer to talk about the game with'' I really feel you, i've had a similar situation, which has really killed my motivation to progress so i've just stagnated over the past couple of months...unsure if/when i'm gonna move forward, but I'll give it a try now that I've taken a break from it

Hey im_Tsu, what are your suggestions on the top 15 heroes players should have built out for RTA? Most of us have limiited gear and not all the heroes, which is why I mention top 15. Would love your feedback as I'd like to start gearing some of these suggested heroes for either tank down or standard play and getting my feet wet in RTA.
I absolutely agree with Shuna. She's so good. I'm running a counter build with 22K/1.5K. 80 eff and 160 ER with celestine. I tried both UM and Celestine. Opted for celestine because with her soulburn you can basically heal back up a ridiculous amount of health. Overall a really good video. Best of luck for next season.
@@nicksteadman6823 I only finished like champ 2.8K. So not a high ranked player by any means. So take this with a grain of salt. Shuna was always one of my first picks. Teammates wise I never really paid too attention because I feel like she gelled well with many things. But I felt she was very synergistic when I was drafting things like Aria. Or when I was drafting a lot of lifesteal units like sadin/riolet. Or even when I was drafting something like ameru (who people want to get off the board asap so she takes a lot of dmg as she gets pinned down).
Thus is niceties, the starts (apart from 2 units) are high and achievable and reasonable. Like watching account reviews, but you look at many of the hugh rated area ones ans their units are unrealistic. Still worried about my Milim. Can she got counter without her personal artifact?

Yes. It's a not so big secret that I've said in my Discord that I think my "How to Play: Apocalypse Ravi" video is the worst video I have ever made. I don't think I did the best job in researching it well. I was so obsessed with having a video for her because she was OP that I didn't yet fully grasp everything with her. Just like with the Re: Tensura How to Play Video, I will revisit Apocalypse Ravi sometime in the next month or so.
I'm still in the mid game and man it's so hard, I've quit 2 times and it's all due to the gear system. You can grind for a week and get nothing and it's to the point where I rather gear just be pay 2 win, it's that demoralizing. The game is generous to new players but there's little to no help at all for midgame players and so the retention once you get there is nonexistent, wyvern being so f2p now does nothing if a new player has to do nothing but farm it for months to even have teams built for RTA or PVE. Burning through 20k mats and still get nothing is just a huge time waster and an instant uninstall, it's such a stark contrast to how good the rest of the game is, and no amount of perfect gear event is gonna fix that problem because it's so core to the game. I promise you if the gearing becomes less RNG the game will sky rocket in new players and player retention because RTA looks so fucking fun and you get a good amount of characters being f2p but its just so hard to not think about the gear and feel depress so screw it all. Ill just wiggle my way in and out for the next year or two until it gets better hopefully.
What do you think about Revenge LRK on Aurius, since he'll be taking damage for the whole team because of the Aurius I thought maybe that could be good. Or would you recommend speed set over that?
I just want to point out that Merciless Glutton doesn't proc the cr push if Rimuru kills a unit with the fixed damage. But if you kill a unit before the fixed damage occur, you proc the cr push of the artifact.
Great video! Watching this and comparing our units and gear, it seems that climbing to Emp would just be a matter of time and number of games for me. I usually just hit Challenger with like 80 games in a season and call it there so 600 just sounds insane.
big difference between chall and emp. Champ you'd very likely get with your wr but emp is top 1000. Your gear, unit roster depth, and drafting really have to be on point to get there and stay there throughout the end.
Concessions I make in gearing so that I can use better pieces to make more units. I can make 4 units with 100% or 5 with 99%. That sort of thing. A lot of my units aren't the best they could be. But you will notice my box is massive so I have a lot of options. I value that over having 5 or 10 units built insanely well.
I am not F2P. I largely buy the monthly packs. On special occasions like my birthday/holidays I'll splurge for something really big as well. One of my biggest complaints with Epic Seven is I feel that for the money you spend, you don't get a lot of bang for your buck. Most will tell you Gear Packs are the best value but that's only for people who have deep deep pockets. For the every man, I recommend monthly packs, Burning Passion Packs when available, and maybe, MAYBE some of the $30 packs that give Leifs/Skystones.
And I agree. Its like almost....predatory...the rates give you just enough to not be impactdul sometimes. I saw almost bc some packages are not bad. But very few I would call GREAT.

If you want actual numbers: Lifesteal/pen Version 1 - atk 3650 / spd 240 / crit 100 / CD 296 Lifesteal/pen V2 - atk 4050 / spd 220 / crit 100 / CD 302 with her buff that 400 atk is about 1k+ dmg difference Minimum with each atk. But 240 speed with Green celine's arti *whistles*

@@im_Tsu After running some numbers it seems ML Celine's Possession lifesteal is 15% (from rough numbers it came out 16% but I'll play it safe). So 15% + 20% from lifesteal set. Both Celine builds have her at 8132 hp and are on lifesteal/pen ---- Using 1400 def / NO element advantage / and assuming atk is nimble sword --- 4050 atk + 302 CD = 10475 dmg > 3660hp healed (this build is on 220 speed and I'd prolly run on Dust Devil, so possible two atks) 3650 atk + 296 CD = 9253 dmg > 3238hp healed (this build has 240 speed and I'd likely run on Green Celine's arti, so this could have atk buff which would have been 13880 dmg > 4858hp back) ML Celine is the character I love most in the game and am wanting to build as best I can. With the Celine arti it offers more fun imo for defense teams since ppl won't expect it. But will the 220 speed be enough? Is the 20 speed enough an increase for the drop in damage.

honestly you need too many gear'd units and too many ml5s to actually be competitive in RTA, not to mention that RTA builds are different from gvg and arena, i wish they would do what Summoners War did and have a build tab just for RTA, if they did that i would play RTA more often than just last day 30 minutes climb to masters.
This game needs a lot of Quality of Life improvements, for sure. New play experience/Player Retention is something I think they really need to prioritize.
@@im_Tsu yeah my old guild which i was part since the release of E7 closed last month because more than half of the players went full casual(barely log type of casual). i really hope they do something to retain non-rta players, or just make RTA very easy to get into.
You are not going to stay on this game forever. It will come to a point you too will leave this game. Who knows maybe this game will shutdown in future like some of them did. Its inevitable
The game really doesn't encourage continious playing whatsoever, if i just quit playing the game for a few months and then come back i'll get "Returning Player Rewards" over the course of 2 weeks that far outbeat anything i would've obtained had i played every day for several months, rinse and repeat.

I couldn’t get to high enough for the skin this season because of so much speed unit
I recently started doing Rta for the. Skin but my account is very slow and keep getting cleaved I was able to get the last skin just bearly
But now with all the speed units and aggressive I miss it this season

I played that earlier but moved some of it to Yulha as it suited her better.
