Ignoring how she obviously looked out for him where others did not, including her father. Oz has zero justification. She actually did not need his advice because she didn’t tell the reporter anything. Like Rob, Oz assumed she was snitching and underestimated her discretion
Imagine saying it was justified to send Sofia to hellish Arkham for 10 years because Oz felt disrespected.
First of all, Oz said he didn’t know what Carmine reaction would be and no one imagined it would be to send her to Arkham

she knew instantly that he dimed her out when she saw the new jacket and he was inside the house. Drivers never go in the house. the scene where she finds Alberto's body in the trunk hits so hard cuz he was the only one who believed she was innocent. he visited her every week for 10 YEARS!!!!!! the only reason why she got out was cuz the dad got killed. Alberto became the head of the family so he was able to get her out with the help of Julian. I don't even think she's crazy now. Every single person in her life, besides Alberto, turned on her. Can you blame her for not trusting anyone? She has zero fucks left to give.

Unpopular Opinion: Sofia is NOT CRAZY, even after Arkham. Sofia is incredibly perceptive and (now) very calculating. She may be ruthless now but if she's crazy, so is Oz -- because, during these 4 episodes, Sofia has not done anything "crazier" than Oz has done. Oz has killed people with far less justification than Sofia has.
shes definitely crazy brother, she developed serious trauma from arkham. she killed a kid in episode 1 like it was nothing then goes on to murder her entire family? we can agree with the reasoning because of what shes gone through but the route doesnt change the destination at the end of the day. Also in the beginning of episode 3 you literally watch her lose her mind and the therapist have to bring her back to sanity with frequent light treatments 😭
@@teeski000 if trauma = crazy, how many military veterans and victims of violent/sexual assault or child abuse are "crazy"? Is Oz crazy? He has a ridiculuously quick temper. He literally told his mother that he killed Alberto because "he laughed at him". Oz has killed people with far less justification than Sofia had for killing family members who betrayed her. And light therapy is used for people with PTSD -- it's not used to "bring people back to sanity". If PTSD = crazy, then Sofia was right: "the world is crazy".
@@ForeverBrooklynNYC you prefaced your argument with something I literally didn’t say brother. Never said trauma equals crazy just that she developed a lot of it in Arkham . Oz is bad too I never denied that but you don’t see oz needing an on call therapist and having breakdowns needing literal mental steps from a trained therapist to come back to reality 💀 if you need light frequency treatments to calm down you are clinically insane. Oz might be as ruthless but Sofia is batshit and very very unstable (reasonably so)
@@teeski000 Sofia has not done one thing in 4 episodes that Oz wouldn't do if given similar circumstances/opportunity. If Sofia is crazy, so is Oz. And if not seeing mental health professionals means you're not crazy and seeing a therapist means that you are crazy, you have just reinforced the stigma that explains why people are generally reluctant to see mental health professionals to deal with PTSD, depression, anxiety, etc.

This episode was difficult to get through for me but damn was it good. I get physically uncomfortable when mental health stuff is portrayed this way like my body actually aches I had to keep pausing to take a break

As the show has progressed, my like for Sophia has grown. So I’m happy to watch a Sophia centered episode. Cristin Milioti is great and damn is she attractive! Every look she had was 👌🏽I hate how dirty the Falcones did her and I wonder if she plans on taking anyone else out now that she’s on a bit of a warpath. I want to see where things go from here cause I hate how the Maronis came and blew up Cobb’s spot. So now he’s definitely at odds with Sophia. I need the next episode already!
Sophia in the comics is meant to be tall Amazonian woman who is in prison, maybe that all woman is related to Sophia in the show.
You should watch a show called From. It’s soooo good and extremely thrilling, and i promise you’ll be hooked!!!!

It's not that he doesn't care, it's that the flood cut off the part of Gotham where this show takes place. Batman at the end said "crime will be rampant in a part of the city unreachable due to the flood"

Why does no one think Sophia's brother was the hangman, killing his mother, and the father was covering it up to protect him? Locking Sophia away so she couldn't expose the brother. The guy that the father was already worried about embarrassing the family. I think the brother is the one who had the doctors go so hard on her, not her father. The defensive wounds on the father's hands could easily be from the brother .
Seems obvious to me, but I haven't heard anyone see this possibility.
No one thinks that because we already saw Carmine Falcone try to kill his own daughter by strangulation in The Batman, in addition to murdering her roommate in the same manner (likely, though we only heard the audio), and he also killed Selina's mother as well.
Also, you're asserting that a kid young enough to be playing hide and seek with his 9 year old sister would have the ability to strangle his mother to death? Seriously?
