    Note: Every component you see in this video is available from our Kingfisher branches across KZN and from any leading tackle store Nationwide.

    I put insulation tape on the line that goes onto the sinker. It helps prevent the sinker breaking off and doesn't damage so easily

    Hey maybe a suggestion: what would be epic is if you could make a bundle pack/starter kit with all the equipment you will need to make the trace, would be nice to have that on the website. love the videos :)

    Reason for the float is to keep your bait just above the small crevices, otherwise the brusher can't get to it. I doubt the setup you built will float that high up. It will do the job though. I would like to see you test these floats in a rock pool. It will make the presentation more credible.

    • @TheKingfisherFishing
      @TheKingfisherFishing  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Thank you for your comment. Yes the float is to keep the bait just off the rocks so it has more movement in the water. It is not designed to float to the top but rather to keep it off the bottom. I like the idea of testing the baits in rock pools, will make for some cool footage :) Tight lines

    Jirrrrre, that background music is such a distraction. It makes it incredibly difficult to actually listen and focus on what you are saying. If you are adamant to have music playing, at least lower the volume, Best yet, just make videos without the music. I forced myself to watch the entire video, but I need to go see a shrink now...

      Apologies, we have since lowered the volume of the backing tracks.

    By the way, siffies and perlrmoen are illegal to harvest. Jail time bro. Get your act together

      Hi John, at 06’58” Ray explains the importance of a robust hook as the Brusher feed on Abalone with their strong jaws and teeth. At 14’10” Ray explains the critical importance of the correct valid license for harvesting bait from the rocks. The same applies for abalone, mussels and so on. No license means you cannot legally harvest that specific bait. Ray does not condone illegal harvesting in this video.

    • @johnbarnes4540
      @johnbarnes4540 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Please listen again. He clearly states "there is such a variety of bates you can use and he states amongst others siffies, perlemoen, Venus ears etc. Nowhere does he state that you cannot harvest them nor use them. His words clearly imply that if yoy have a permit you can harvest them which is clearly false.
