Bro after all this time I just realised how essential this is tool is bcoz walls run or kick especially when you move on from Wall to connecting wall so the mock up board was a good demo of a corner. But you could've shown more practical demo coz not everyone sees like Me and some mock it even. There's a cheaper version 25 pounds uk does same thing. Cheers big man great video 😎
I like it... what is the price, you didn't mention that. Also for what it's worth likes don't matter, TH-cam only cares about views & watch time, algorithm doesn't work with likes, that's not me saying it, TH-cam rep told me that years ago at a symposium I went to
It runs $220, but for Stabila it's well worth it. Digital, angle finder, good for baseboard and trim work, framing, tile and it has many more options that I wasn't experienced enough to get into. Thanks for the info on algorithm's! but the platform has changed a bit and recommends videos more with "likes" TH-cam is always changing things up 😎
I just bought this after seeing this review ...I had a cheap one before from China ...it was quite accurate as an angle finder ...but no good as a level ...best price new that I found in U.K is £ 161 .00 with free delivery.....ebay
The Stabila angle gauge is nice when you need to find plumb and the angle degrees in one operation (ie onsite fabrication of iron railings). All my levels are stabila but at $220 I wouldn't use this one for tile, especially since its just being used as a big bevel gauge (rather than angle finder or level). For that I use a bevel gauge at a more disposable price point.
We remodel bathrooms specifically and would use this for clean and tight baseboard installation as walls are never perfectly square and yeah, would be hesitant to bring this level close to thinset lol, but can help with making sure all is square ie niche, back wall meeting with side walls etc. 18 inches is also a large angle finder compared to our small old school unit. We'll put this to use with many applications 👊

Hello I’m a apprentice carpenter and was wondering if this would be good for doing things like skirting as I’m always working in older houses where the rooms are not square
I wish that digital display would pop out of the frame and could be used as a digital spirit level with a magnet at the bottom. I would have jumped at it immediately!
