It’s not overstock, it’s completely normal that they put out Christmas at the end of July. Hobby lobby clearances everything down to 90% at the end of each season. This is all new inventory for the 2024 season with many repeat items from years past. And they also always mark Christmas cheaper sooner than any other seasonal merchandise.
