As I was looking for a song. I accidentally pressed this one. And while still looking for the song I hear this pastor? Catching my attention. Really good church service video. Thank you God. ❤️

Amen. I’m 25 and scared that I may not finish well because of these recent increasing temptations that but I’m praying and continuing to seek after God and trusting that He won’t let me fall and I’m praying and trusting that He helps me to endure until the end. Please pray for me that I won’t give into any temptation no matter how small it may be because to me it creates bigger temptations. Lord help me 🙌

When we acknowledge our sin, we are then able to receive grace and mercy from God from the highest court in the universe. God removes our sin the same way the sins we read about that were not a part of our own doing; they happened to Jesus and not ourselves by the heroic standing-in in our place. After we admit to God the sins we are responsible for we stop being responsible for them, and become utterly beyond reproach or accusation. What we did is no more our sin than what John Wilkes Booth did to Lincoln; it happened to someone else in another life. Jesus took our sin unto himself and left us without it, but first, we needed to know we needed it. The grace of Christ through his cross infinitely exceeds our need. Scripture says that as we more fully comprehend our grief will be turned into laughter. More than forgiveness at a point in our life is the newness of life that leaves one only able to agree with God through his illumination.
